CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It benefits anyone who has behavior and/or cognition. Those who administer CBT include nurses, doctors, and off-duty aunts. People who lose arguments need CBT (“Hit the showers” OG CBT). With so many applications for CBT, these hybrids demonstrate its many methods of mostly-accurate practice.

Techniques

Cost-benefit of a Frozen Orange — this exercise works to cure the “CBT is fun” fallacy of thinking. The positives and negatives of freezing an orange can help a person recognize if an orange can be eaten or not. Additionally, you can be “shocked” into more inconclusively effective exercises

Hording meds

Mindful Drooling — not like Flooding, more like FUDing. Just drop the draw like scissor doors and let the CBT pool on your lap!

Let the Hierarchy Play to the End — so many people are CBT pros, like the executive branch of your work(/life) balance. If you feel “couched-in” during this activity, great! The hierarchy loves seeing your ass on your couch, till the end.

Pie Rescripting — who tf wrote this script for this pie? You have a damn good pie, my dude. If you don’t like your day-to-day pie storyline, let go of it. Only then can you examine your love of pie and that will help understand others’ dialogues they have about their pies (pie-alogue), too. Remember, you always have an abundance of self-pie available to you.
